These terms govern the sale, delivery, and servicing of automated dough mixers and conveyor ovens supplied by Jaimepatisser to corporate food processing plants in Malaysia and abroad.
Jaimepatisser manufactures and supplies industrial bakery equipment, including automated dough mixers and heavy-duty conveyor ovens, for use in large-scale food processing facilities. Each order is confirmed by a written quotation that specifies the machine model, configuration, and delivery terms. Any use of the equipment outside the intended industrial context is not covered by this agreement.
The purchaser is responsible for preparing the installation site, ensuring adequate power supply and ventilation, and providing access for delivery and commissioning. Site preparation must follow the technical datasheet provided with the quotation. Failure to meet these conditions may delay installation and affect the warranty period.
Jaimepatisser is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including production downtime, loss of raw materials, or third-party claims, arising from equipment malfunction or delayed delivery. Our liability is limited to the repair or replacement of defective components as described in the warranty terms. This limitation does not apply where local law prohibits such exclusions.
New equipment carries a warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period stated in the purchase agreement. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper operation, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear of consumable parts. Scheduled maintenance must be performed by trained personnel using genuine spare parts.
Either party may terminate a service agreement with written notice of at least thirty days. Upon termination, the purchaser must cease using any proprietary software or control systems supplied with the equipment and return or destroy all documentation provided under the agreement. Outstanding payments remain due.
Jaimepatisser may revise these terms from time to time to reflect changes in equipment specifications, regulatory requirements, or business practices.
