What does "automated" mean for your mixers?

Automated refers to the programmable logic controller that manages mixing cycles, ingredient dosing sequences, and bowl movements. The operator sets the recipe parameters once; the machine then executes the full cycle without manual intervention. Manual override remains available for maintenance and unusual batches.

How is oven throughput measured?

Throughput is expressed as finished pieces per hour at a defined baking time and product weight. We state figures for standard white bread loaves at 450 grams with a 22-minute bake. Different products, such as baguettes or buns, will change the hourly output, so we provide a capacity table per product type.

What stainless steel grade is used?

All product-contact surfaces use AISI 304 stainless steel with a 2B finish. Components exposed to chloride-based cleaning agents or salt-rich doughs are available in AISI 316 as an option. Non-contact structural frames use powder-coated carbon steel unless specified otherwise.

Are installation and commissioning included?

Standard quotations cover delivery to your facility, mechanical positioning, electrical connection, and a two-day commissioning visit by our technicians. Site preparation, compressed air supply, and exhaust ducting are the buyer's responsibility. We provide detailed installation drawings before shipment.

What does the warranty cover?

The warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for 24 months from the commissioning date. Wear parts such as belts, seals, and heating elements carry a 12-month warranty. Damage from improper operation, unauthorized modifications, or insufficient maintenance is excluded.

Dough consistency across three shifts

Our plant in Shah Alam runs two 500kg mixers around the clock. Before switching, the night shift always had to rework the first batch because the dough temperature drifted. We replaced the belt tensioners at the recommended hour count during a planned shutdown, and the job took half a shift. No surprise failures in eighteen months of operation.

Integration with our existing PLC was straightforward

Our control room runs everything through a Siemens PLC. The Jaimepatisser mixer came with a documented Modbus map, so the integration engineer mapped the temperature and speed signals in one afternoon. We did not need a separate gateway or custom firmware. The operator interface shows the same setpoints we already use for the rest of the line.
