Field feedback from plant operators
Maintenance leads and production managers share how our mixers and conveyor ovens behave after months of continuous shifts.
Equipment packages for corporate food processing plants
Each tier covers a different stage of plant integration, from a single automated mixer to a full conveyor oven line with remote diagnostics. Choose the setup that matches your current floor plan and output targets.
One automated dough mixer rated for 500 kg batches, with programmable speed curves and a stainless steel bowl that tilts for direct discharge into your existing divider. Includes installation, operator training, and a 12-month parts warranty. Best for plants that already run a separate oven line and need to replace manual mixing.
Review mixer specsAdds a temperature-controlled proofer cabinet that holds up to 24 rack trolleys, with humidity sensors and a digital timer linked to the mixer controls. The proofer is built to match your batch cycle, so dough moves from mixing to proofing without manual transfer delays. Includes conveyor rails for trolley movement.
See proofer layoutComplete setup: automated mixer, proofer, and a multi-zone conveyor oven with independent top and bottom heat controls. The oven handles 1,200 loaves per hour and includes a cooling tunnel with adjustable belt speed. Our engineers map your plant floor before fabrication and handle all electrical and gas connections on site.
Plan a full lineFor plants with existing equipment that needs automation: we replace manual controls with PLC-based systems, add sensors to track dough temperature and humidity, and integrate your current ovens into a single monitoring dashboard. This option is scoped after an on-site audit of your current line.

Client feedback
We replaced two batch mixers with a single Jaimepatisser unit rated for 500 kg batches. Dough temperature stayed within 1.2 degrees across the whole cycle, and our line now runs three shifts without a single jam in the first four months. The control panel logs every batch, which made our internal audits noticeably simpler.
The conveyor oven paid for itself in fuel savings alone within eleven months. Even baking across a 2.4-meter belt is consistent, and the insulation keeps the hall temperature down during the hottest part of the day. Our maintenance crew only needed two days of training to handle routine checks.
We ordered the full automated line for our new facility in Selangor. Commissioning took nine days, and the Jaimepatisser engineers stayed on site until the first full production run passed our quality checks. Since then, downtime has been limited to scheduled cleaning windows.
What convinced me was the material spec. The 316-grade steel on the mixing arms and the welded seams on the hopper are easy to clean, and we passed our hygiene inspection without any corrective notes. The documentation package also helped our team write standard operating procedures quickly.
Line integration planning: our engineers map your existing floor layout, identify bottlenecks in dough handling and baking, and specify the exact mixer and oven configuration that fits your throughput targets. We deliver a documented integration plan before any equipment is ordered.
Automated mixer commissioning: we install, calibrate, and test each automated dough mixer on your line, including control system programming for batch recipes, hydration levels, and mixing cycles. Your operators receive hands-on training on the touchscreen interface and safety protocols.
Conveyor oven tuning: our technicians adjust heat zones, belt speed, and airflow to match your product range, whether you bake bread, pastries, or specialty items. We run test batches and document the optimal settings for each recipe you produce.
Preventive maintenance schedules: we set up a service calendar based on your production volume, covering bearing lubrication, belt tension checks, seal replacements, and control system diagnostics. The schedule is tailored to your operating hours and environmental conditions.
Spare parts and wear-item supply: we maintain a stock of commonly replaced components for our mixers and ovens, including belts, sensors, heating elements, and mixing arms. Parts are shipped from our Selangor facility to minimize downtime.
Operator and maintenance training: our team conducts on-site sessions covering daily operation, cleaning procedures, troubleshooting common faults, and safety checks. Training is delivered in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with written manuals for your reference.
Every engagement starts with a site assessment. We review your current line, production targets, and facility constraints before recommending a specific equipment package. For a closer look at our automated mixers, see the Starter Service Kit or contact our engineering team.
