New machines carry a 24-month warranty covering manufacturing defects in structural components, drive systems, and control electronics. Wear items such as belts, seals, and heating elements are covered for 12 months. Consumables are excluded.

We maintain a parts inventory for machines produced in the last 15 years. For older units, we can fabricate replacement components to original specifications. Send us the part number or a photo, and we will confirm availability within two business days.

Every installation includes a two-day on-site training session for your production and maintenance staff. We cover daily operation, cleaning procedures, safety interlocks, and basic fault recognition. Additional training days can be arranged at your request.
